筆者は、過去2回の本コラムにおいて、新型コロナウイルス感染症を契機に浮上したワクチン等の医薬品へのアクセスと知的財産をめぐる問題をとりあげた。今回のコラムでは、3回目としてその後の顛末と新たな課題について述べる。
