Waseda University Law School has launched a special endowed course supported by the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC). As part of this initiative, RCLIP will host public lectures featuring leading international experts. Waseda University was glad to host an interesting discussion on on German and Japanese private international law challenges pertaining to digitalization of assets.

RCLIP hosted a small workshop, featuring Weizenbaum Institute reseacher Dr. Lasota, who contextualized open source software from a regulatory perspective in the European Union, in particular the Artificial Intelligence Act and the Cyber Resilience Act.

The Graduate School of Law and RCLIP hosted our annual pubic mock lecture & roundtable discussion, which illustrating the substance and unique study environment of Waseda’s IP LLM program.
