RCLIP is looking forward to hosting Prof. Matthias Leistner, one of Europe’s foremost authorities on Intellectual Property Law, who will be sharing his insights into recent developments with respect to SEP dispute resolution in German courts and at the UPC. Prof. Guobin Cui, a leading authority on patent law and other areas of IP law in China, will add some thoughts on the evolving bod of SEP case law in Chinese courts, which have emerged as a very relevant player in the context of global SEP dispute resolution.
