Starting from the fall semester of this academic year, Waseda University Law School has launched a special endowed course supported by the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC). As part of this initiative, lectures featuring leading international experts will be organized in collaboration with the Research Center for the Legal System of Intellectual Property (RCLIP) and made open to the public. On this occasion, we are delighted to welcome three distinguished scholars from Europe, who will discuss the latest developments in European copyright law.
