Together with the University of Pennsylvania Center for Technology, Innovation & Competition and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, we hosted the 13th Annual Waseda-Penn Global Patent Law Conference. Over the course of one day, a stellar faculty of experts from the US, Europe, and Japan provided insights on the protection and utilization of data as well as on the eligibility of AI-related inventions for patent protection.
